Erica Liss, Principal Broker

Erica comes to the table knowing and loving New York City.  She grew up in Manhattan and Boston and made the move back east to Brooklyn in 2012 after a hiatus in the Bay Area. She quickly became a Brooklyn expert who knows the local market and its neighborhoods – which ones are on the rise, and which ones are stagnant – along with the plusses and minuses of each.  Occasional escapes to the scenic Hudson Valley turned into a more permanent one, and she’s excited to help others make the move.
                                     
Her background as a working musician who also managed and booked countless tours has imbued her with a flair for problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills. Erica lives in Kingston, and in her spare time can be found seeing and playing live music, and doing her best to amuse Augie and Nigel, two of the most discerning dogs around.
